At your appointment, we will go over the details of what your goal is for your renovation project. Frank will check out the space, take measurements, take photo’s and discuss what we can realistically do with your space to maximize your home’s potential.
Depending on the size of your project, you can expect an estimate between 1-2 weeks.
If you receive your estimate and it is above what you were expecting, we are happy to walk you through the pricing and point out which areas we can make changes with types of material or options that can lower the cost. If you would like to add to your project we can certainly update your estimate before signing.
Yes! We will do our very best to accommodate any changes whenever possible. Our goal is to make you comfortable and satisfied with the end results. If you are looking to add items to your project we can bill any add-ons separately. Taking items off the estimate may be trickier depending on what the change is and the stage of your project but whenever possible we are happy to accommodate you.

No, we currently do not offer packages. As it may help in the first stages of knowing the price, packages are not necessarily the best option for clients as they are not customized to what needs to be done in your home. We prefer to analyze your space and only charge for which items you actually need, that way we can maximize your upgrades based on your budget.
Yes, renovations can be stressful. But we believe in a simple principle: treat others the way you want to be treated. That means that we respect your home. We will keep the project site as clean as possible. We will not leave garbage piled up in front of your home for extended time periods and when the work day is done we clean up. When it comes to noise that is unfortunately in the nature of renovations but we can set up a plan to work around your schedule to make sure we are not hammering away during your online meetings or interfering with your morning routines.

Good question! We are professional, respectful, and punctual. We believe in providing the homeowner with quality work. As home renovation experts we are ready to sit down with you and make sure you get the most out of your home based on the budget you are comfortable working with. While renovating your home we will respect your space and continue to analyze your home to make sure that while we are renovating we do not ignore any other changes that can be made that will maximize the potential of your home. We never pressure you to make any changes but we feel that it is fair as the homeowners to know what is going on within the walls of your home. As for who to pick to do your renovation, we can not say to pick us over anyone, as the homeowner it is your right to choose the person you feel the most comfortable with.
Definitely! As the homeowner, it is important to feel comfortable about the work getting done in your home. If you have multiple projects, we can tackle each project one at a time but it is important to let us know which projects you are thinking of in the future as the different rooms may be more connected than you think.
